Los Lobos Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy for Lodging
Thank you for choosing Los Lobos. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to help. Below is our hotel room cancellation policy:

All deposits made for room reservations are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalty fees.

If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, a penalty fee of one night's stay will be charged to the credit card on file. You will receive a credit for the remaining balance that you can use at Los Lobos within one year.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to accounting@thefourwinds.com.
Cancellation Policy for residential 28-day Energy medicine Training
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment in our residential Energy Medicine Training. Please read our cancellation policy below:

If you cancel your enrollment 30 days or more prior to the start date of the program, you will incur a cancellation fee of $2000. Any amount paid over $2000 will be refunded.

If a cancellation request is received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled program, no refunds will be issued.

If a student wants to apply the balance of their payment to a future class, a Transfer Fee of $600.00 will be applied.

Cancellation Policy for Regular Courses (other than the Energy Medicine Training)
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel enrollment in a course. Please take note of our cancellation policy:

If you cancel your enrollment 30 days or more prior to the start date of the program, you will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tuition. Any amount paid over 30% of the total tuition will be refunded.

If a cancellation request is received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled program, no refunds will be issued.

If a student wants to apply the balance of their payment to a future program, a Transfer Fee of $300.00 will be applied.

Disclaimer
Although Los Lobos SPA will do everything possible to hold programs, classes, and retreats as scheduled, cancellations may occur for reasons beyond the control of Los Lobos SPA. Such cancellations may be the result of acts of God or force majeure (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, volcanoes, severe storms, floods, etc.), political machinations (including, but not limited to, war, closure of borders, etc.), terrorism or threats of terrorist activities, global health crises or pandemics, or acts of other third-parties (including, but not limited to, the canceling of a scheduled presenter.) If a program or course is canceled for reasons indicated in this paragraph, or for any other reason beyond the control of Los Lobos SPA, then the participant will be given a credit to attend a future course, program, or expedition of the same nature as the canceled event for a period of one year. No refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond the control of Los Lobos SPA.
Whether the cancellation of a class, course, program, or retreat is due to a request by the student or is initiated by Los Lobos for any reason, in no event will Los Lobos be responsible for personal expenses incurred in preparation for, or in relation to the canceled event. Such personal expenses may include but are not limited to, travel expenses, child care expenses, or any other expense incurred by the student. The student acknowledges that any refund identified in these policies is solely for monies that have been paid directly to and received by Los Lobos as an expense for the subject event, and the student holds Los Lobos harmless for any other monies that the student may pay to third parties in preparation for or in relation to any program, class, expedition or retreat.
Other conditions
No pets are allowed, as our facilities are not equipped for their comfort and care. Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas. Individual rooms have no access to the Internet as they are designed to support the retreat environment.
